This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for the courses offered by Essal.


1. Course Eligibility


Refunds are applicable only to individuals who have enrolled and paid for a course offered by Essal. Refunds are not available for any other services, such as registration fees, certification fees, or study materials.


2. Refund Requests


To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to Essal within 7 days from the start date of the course. The request must be sent via email to contact@essal.org. Please include your name, contact information, course details, and reason for the refund request.


3. Refund Eligibility


Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:


a. If the course is canceled by Essal, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.


b. If you withdraw from the course prior to the start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus any administrative fees.


c. If you are unsatisfied with the course within the first 7 days of its commencement, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the dissatisfaction and the percentage of the course completed.


d. No refunds will be provided for withdrawal or dissatisfaction requests received after 7 days from the start date of the course.


4. Refund Process


Once your refund request is received, Essal will review it within 7 days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


5. Non-Transferable


Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original payment recipient. Requests for refunds to be transferred to another individual or account will not be accepted.


6. Exclusions


Essal reserves the right to refuse a refund request in the following situations:


a. If the course has been completed in its entirety.


b. If the refund request is made after the specified refund eligibility period.


c. If the refund request does not meet the criteria outlined in this Refund Policy.


7. Changes to Refund Policy


Essal reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website or notifying you via email.
